Orrick, an important worldwide law firm, hired us to provide monthly support in the translation of documents from Spanish into English before an international dispute of an important food company.
Documentation related to this dispute such as contracts, e-mails, certificates, control sheets, technical reports, etc. was translated. Due to the strict confidentiality of the information requested by this client, the documentation was received and sent through an encrypted server provided by the client.
For approximately 6 months, our client sent large volumes of material to translate with tight deadlines. To meet the demand, our department of Human Resources gathered a team of more than 15 experienced translators in the legal area to guarantee the constant availability and deliveries on time.
The work was carried out on time thanks to the following resources:

- The creation of a common translation memory where all finished translations were stored to leverage all the content already translated and, at the same time, offer our client an important saving in his translation costs.
