We care about quality

This program specifies all our processes, from the sales department up to the final quality control of the deliverables, and is based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 Certification, which we are in process of acquiring.

 

All our translators are selected according to ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 requirements and are constantly evaluated by a cross information system that qualifies the quality of the deliverables and the communicational perfomance during the project.

VENDOR SELECTION

Our Vendor department select our external collaborators trough a different test to prove their expertise and background.

PM QULIFICATION

After the delivery of the translated files, the PM evaluate the Vendor performance about Communication, Punctuality and Complience.

LISA Quality Assurance (QA)

We perform an internal process of QA to guarantee a quality end result. The audit information is used by the PMs at the time of the election of linguists.

QA SOFTWARE

Even if you hired a translation-only job, we perform a final automatic quality control to all our projects.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

We contact the customer to find out about their level of satisfaction with our services and enquire for any changes or improvements which they may need.

VENDOR FEEDBACK

The opinion of our customers is very important for us. Once the project is completed, is the customer that evaluates our work. Your opinion allows us to improve day by day.
